During a San Sebastian Festival influential local lawyer is asked by the police to come down to the station just to clear up some doubts about his witness report in child murder investigation. While running with the dog he stumbled upon body of a murdered young girl and police has some questions about the details of his story. When he answers their questions his composure and credibility suddenly disappears and from witness he becomes prime suspect.
Remake of French movie made with great cast and a lot of skills. The tension between main characters and complexity of the case makes this movie a perfect thriller. Pity that original ending was changed, but apart from that it is classic movie.
