Why I didn't get the activation code?
There could be 3 explanations:
1. the messages ended up in your spam folder - look there
2. your service provider blocked the message - some schools / universities do not allow external messages
3. your e-mail address was incorrect - check the spelling
Unfortunately, no matter which of the scenarios took place in your case, there is nothing we can do about it.
I forgot my login or password, what can I do?
Use the password reset option, it will provide you with your login and the temporary password to access the account.
Why I can't log in to the account I just created?
Make sure the login and password you input are correct. Common mistake is trying to use your e-mail address as the login. If that does not help, use the password reset option, it will provide you with your login and the temporary password to access the account.
