Creating an account

- For practical reasons it is forbidden to have more than one active account, if such case will be detected one or all linked accounts might be deactivated.
Our "life is too short" policy
- Because life is too short to deal with some users, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, at any given time, without any warning, if any of the following conditions are met:
- any suspicious or malicious activity of the user was detected,
- any activity of the user was detected, which could lead to interference or unnecessary overload of our servers or websites,
- any activity of the user was detected, which we consider a disrespectful, time-wasting or deliberately annoying to our staff (f.e. filling the solution form with gibberish, using throw-away e-mail addresses),
- lack of activity from the user for long periods of time.
- Such decisions are not made hastily, but they are final, because life is just too short. If some users want to waste their time, they are more than welcome to do so, but once they start to waste ours, we will make use of this policy.
