Long Day at the Office

1990, London, United Kindgom. It seemed like just another day in an office building in London - the daytime workers returned home, while the night shift cleaners were beginning their work. But on the top floor, one of those cleaners found something that he had not expected. A co-owner of an IT company was lying dead in his office and two bullets in the back seem to suggest that someone wished him a premature and sudden demise.

This is a cold case file, which means all the evidence has already been gathered. Your job is to spot what the original investigators missed and solve the mystery.
