Countries list update

The list of countries available in the account settings has been updated to correct an issue where the United Kingdom was represented only by England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales. This structure was a legacy feature from the system’s sports‑oriented origins, where individual nations are treated separately because they field their own national teams rather than competing as Great Britain.
But not to mess things even further we decided to keep United Kingdom as well as England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland available, each with separate ranking.
