Classic computer game published in 1990, presenting a classic setting for murder-mystery: in Ghastly Manor, household of wealthy family, a ghastly murder was committed and, as a Lord Damien Baxter, a master sleuth, you are put in charge of finding the culprit. All of the family members, guests and servants are suspects and you have access to the whole building.
On your way around you will stumble upon all kinds of murder weapons (from guns, through a set of knives or a rope), you can interrogate the suspects, you can gather evidence and, at the end, provide the solution.
The graphics may not be great (it is game published 30 years ago afterall), but the very extensive interface for interrogation was quite unique - you could ask questions about themselves, other people, places and combine those elements (f.e. ask about footman in the kitchen or butler and lord). The drawback was that a lot of times you hit the wall and a lot of questions were leading nowhere, which could be frustrating.
Can you solve a case like this?
